Our Free Shipping policy applies to both Standard and Express shipping methods. For shipments outside the U.S., including Canada, additional duties, taxes, and customs/handling fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are processed the same business day, subject to payment clearance.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM (Mon–Fri) will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed over the weekend (Sat–Sun) will be processed the following Monday.

Delivery Options & Estimated Timeframes

Express Delivery (Complete Products)

  • 3–7 business days delivery for in-stock items.
  • Place your order by 4:00 PM for Express Delivery, subject to payment clearance.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM (Mon–Fri) will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed over the weekend (Sat–Sun) will be processed the following Monday.
  • Someone must be available to receive the delivery during the delivery window. A signature may be required.

Standard Delivery (Accessories)

  • Up to 14 business days delivery for in-stock items.
  • Place your order by 4:00 PM for shipping, subject to payment clearance.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM (Mon–Fri) will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed over the weekend (Sat–Sun) will be processed the following Monday.
  • Someone must be available to receive the delivery during the delivery window. A signature may be required.

Damaged Parcels

Damaged parcels must be signed for as damaged. Claims may be denied if the damage is not noted on the proof of delivery. Please report all delivery issues to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery.
