Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Country/Region

This return policy applies to orders shipped to the United States.

Return Eligibility (Condition of Items)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We accept returns for items that are new or lightly used, and items should be returned with any original packaging and included accessories whenever possible. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Accepted Returns (Defective)

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

A return will be accepted if the item is:

• Defective or damaged upon arrival
• Missing parts/items
• The wrong item was received
• An incorrect package was sent

For the cases above, we will cover all related costs, including original shipping (if applicable), return shipping, and any restocking fee (if applicable).

Returns for Personal Reasons (Change of Mind / Ordered by Mistake)

If you request a return for personal reasons, including but not limited to change of mind or ordering by mistake, an $80 return shipping fee per unit will apply. This fee will be deducted from your total refund.

Restocking fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.

Return Method & Return Label

• Return method: Returns are handled by mail-in return.
• If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. The return label is free for approved issue-based returns (e.g., damaged/defective/wrong item). For personal-reason returns, the $80 per-unit return shipping fee will still apply and will be deducted from your refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds & Processing Time

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

• Return processing time: Returns are typically processed within 15 business days after we receive your return.
• If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
