  • Stay within the specified temperature range: Do not store the battery in extreme heat or cold. Consult the model manual for exact limits.
  • Prepare for long-term storage: If the scooter will be unused for more than 30 days, some manufacturers recommend storing the battery at approximately 80% charge.
  • Recharge periodically: A common recommendation is to check and recharge the battery at least once every 90 days. Use the interval in your own manual if it differs.
  • Avoid deep discharge: Do not leave the battery completely depleted for a long period. Prolonged low charge can cause permanent damage that may not be covered by warranty.
