Shipping Destinations

We currently offer free Standard Shipping to eligible addresses in the United States and Canada.

Free Shipping

For shipments outside the U.S and Canada, additional duties, taxes, and customs/handling fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Some remote Canadian locations may require an additional carrier surcharge or longer delivery time. We will contact you before shipment to confirm the fee. If you do not accept the surcharge or the address cannot be serviced, you may cancel the order for a full refund.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are processed the same business day, subject to payment clearance.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM (Mon–Fri) will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed over the weekend (Sat–Sun) will be processed the following Monday.

Delivery Options & Estimated Timeframes

Standard Delivery (Accessories)

  • Up to 14 business days delivery for in-stock items.
  • Place your order by 4:00 PM for shipping, subject to payment clearance.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM (Mon–Fri) will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed over the weekend (Sat–Sun) will be processed the following Monday.
  • Someone must be available to receive the delivery during the delivery window. A signature may be required.

Damaged Parcels

Damaged parcels must be signed for as damaged. Claims may be denied if the damage is not noted on the proof of delivery. Please report all delivery issues to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery.
